The last panel is a little dig on the bad employee habits in the government. Between SEC employees watching porn at work on their office computers, Secret Service agents hiring prostitutes, or a certain congressman using his government-issued blackberry to take and send inappropriate pictures of himself, there’s no shortage of examples. Given all that and some of the things I’ve seen in both corporate and government environments, playing video games on a work computer during lunch breaks is very much on the tame end of the spectrum. 😏
