Just for the record, I didn’t hate X-Men Dark Phoenix… I actually kinda liked it for the most part and thought the actors did well with what they had. Certainly a lot better than X-Men: Last Stand (though admittedly that’s not a high bar to beat). But as a finale for the movie franchise, the writing and story was underwhelming. Ah well… maybe we’ll see what Disney/Marvel can do with the franchise.
