Cartoonist’s Commentary:
While my college days weren’t that long ago… 14 years I guess?… I remember political correctness on campus being a pain but not to the absurd level it appears to be growing to in the present day. Or maybe just being in the Engineering Department kept me from seeing much of it. In any case, it’s as though certain professors and administrators watched the classic movie “PCU” from 20 or so years ago and viewed the depicted school environment as their ideal instead of the satire it was. Just like “Idiocracy”, the movie “PCU” is starting to become more and more a guide book and less of a comedic satire. 😕
