Cartoonist’s Commentary:
I delivered pizzas for a few years while going to college and yes, unfortunately this comic strip is based on real events. And sadly, I never had a beautiful woman show up to the door wearing nothing or next to nothing. Some flirty soccer moms and college students, but that’s as close as it got and they were all wearing clothes. So either this cliché of scantily clad lovely ladies welcoming the pizza delivery boy is largely nonsense, or it’s my fault for having such a job delivering pizzas in Alaska, where half of the year you really don’t want to come to the door unclothed…
